What You Will Do

• Manage the Logistics team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and align with organisational goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of efficient logistics processes, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and internal logistics.
• Drive warehouse management, ensuring inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and effective utilisation of ERP systems.
• Lead the export compliance processes to ensure all logistics activities meet relevant legal standards.
• Support on-time, in-full delivery performance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement an annual improvement plan for the Logistics function, aligned with broader organisational objectives.
