Role Summary

The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing operational activities within the logistics function, contributing to the delivery of SGB's logistics strategy to meet customer commitments. The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety, improving processes, and achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
2. Ensure a safe working environment, promote HSE culture, and conduct audits and improvement plans.
3. Maintain and improve process standards (SCOUT) for logistics.
4. Own and communicate Logistics KPIs to stakeholders.
5. Drive continuous improvement activities within the team.
6. Manage team activities including meetings, employee management, and recruitment.
7. Optimize operational resources through effective team evaluation and allocation.

• Knowledge of warehousing processes, ideally multi-site.
