Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations across the UK and Europe. You will work with a small team, manage a Logistics Coordinator, and stay hands-on with daily workloads, including shipments, transport, and compliance documentation.

The role emphasizes ownership, relationship building, and process improvements within a growing business. Office-based, full-time with a salary up to £45,000.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in logistics including import operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, transport and deliveries.
• Understanding of import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across UK and Europe.
• Raise purchase orders and sales orders within the ERP system.
• Coordinate container haulage, pallet distribution, deliveries and collections.
• Ensure supplier documentation is received, checked and processed correctly.
• Support import/export processes, including shipping and customs documentation.
• Coordinate re-pack operations and stock movements.
• Take ownership of day-to-day logistics issues and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers and service providers.
