Job summary

TRP Recruitment ltd is seeking a Logistics Lead to own inbound and warehouse logistics, coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs. You will manage customs clearance, HS code, and product data, serving as the primary link between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

You will drive cost control, incident resolution, and month-end reporting, while driving continuous improvement across logistics processes in a fashion-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics within fashion or related industry.
• Strong Mintsoft knowledge and INCOTERMS, invoicing experience.
• Highly organized, data-driven, proficient in Excel and reporting.
• Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inbound logistics, coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and the 3PL to ensure goods are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Own customs compliance and product classification, including HS codes, country of origin, customs documentation, and data accuracy across systems.
• Lead the 3PL warehouse relationship, managing priorities, service levels, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Manage logistics costs and financial processes, including freight and warehouse invoices, reprocessing fees, credit notes, and chargebacks.
• Oversee claims for lost or damaged goods, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
• Own month-end logistics reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple channels and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations, focusing on service, cost, compliance, and efficiency.

Job description

As the Logistics Lead, you’ll own our inbound and warehouse logistics, from suppliers through to our 3PLs. You’ll oversee freight, customs clearance, HS code and product data, while acting as the key link between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

You’ll keep goods moving efficiently, manage operational issues and costs, and drive improvements across our logistics processes as we grow.

Person Specifications:

• Experience in logistics within fashion or a related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Mintsoft (or similar ERP systems) and INCOTERMS, commercial invoicing
• Highly organised, data-driven, and confident with Excel and performance reporting.
• A proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
