• Confident using Excel, including pivots, lookups, charts, and data cleansing.

• Strong commercial and customer judgement balancing service, cost and speed.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through core Logistics and Final Mile functions to understand end-to-end delivery and returns.
• Work with operational teams, carriers and support functions on order movement from despatch to delivery/return.
• Use data to investigate service, cost and process issues; identify root causes and recommend steps.
• Support day-to-day planning and coordination as demand or priorities change.
• Assist with reverse-logistics activities including returns and stock recovery.
• Check carrier and supplier invoices, investigate exceptions and ensure costs are accurate.
• Participate in continual-improvement projects from definition through testing and implementation.
• Create clear reports, trackers, and process maps to aid decision making.
