Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Van Driver to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will securely transport and deliver client files and information between sites and Iron Mountain locations, handling sensitive documents with care.

The role requires a clean HGV licence, proven driving/logistics experience, and the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining data security and compliance. You will also complete daily logs, paperwork, and use IT for confirmations.

Qualifications

• Current, clean HGV driving license (2+ years) with an excellent driving record.
• Previous driving/logistics experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduled routes for confidential data delivery and collection, meeting service times.
• Safely load/unload data at the depot and customer locations (includes manual lifting).
• Adhere strictly to Iron Mountain's Driver's Code of Conduct and all traffic laws.
• Perform vehicle inspections (pre/post-trip), fuel, clean, and report any issues.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately: daily logs, debriefs, checklists, customer signatures.
• Follow all Health & Safety, security, and accident prevention policies.
• Ensure data and vehicle security is maintained at all times.

Iron Mountain, a leading provider of storage and information management services, is seeking a Van Driver to join our team. As a Logistics Driver, you will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of our clients' sensitive documents and information from their site to our Iron Mountain locations. This can be physically demanding as it would involve moving files and boxes between client sites and the company vehicle.

What You'll Do
