Job summary

NELFT is seeking a team-orientated driver and distribution support member to assist with the daily operation of the Supply Chain Distribution Centre. The role covers delivery, collection and transport of goods and equipment across London and Essex, ensuring safe handling and reissue of items, with training provided on safety gear.

The post requires driving a range of vehicles and performing stock handling tasks, supported by confidential administrative and project duties within a busy NHS

Qualifications

• Experience of administrative support in a logistics/supply chain environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, collect and transport goods across north/east London and Essex.
• Ensure goods and equipment are clean and safe for reissue.
• Drive a range of vehicles (manual, automatic, EV) including 3.5t tail-lift.
• Handle stock, lifting and moving equipment; wear safety clothing provided.
• Provide confidential administrative and project support to the Supply Chain Distribution Centre.
