Job Description:

Role: Logistics & Customer Operations Executive

Duration & Location: 6 months | 2-3 days a week | London-based, North Acton. Hybrid work; must be able to drive. Office move planned to SW London in Oct.

We’re Window Fleur, the UK’s first ready-planted window box subscription brand. We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and positive team member to join as our new Logistics & Customer Operations Executive.

This role involves managing backend operations—ensuring smooth order flow, stock management, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with founders and freelance team members to support our growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing deliveries with our Delivery & CS team
  • PO and stock management, updating records, liaising with suppliers
  • Overseeing order fulfillment and seasonal box swaps
  • Analyzing sales and operations data for decision-making
  • Supporting inventory planning and forecasting

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced D2C brand
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Full driving license
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a small team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Hubspot)
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and margin tracking
  • Experience in system and process development
  • Basic understanding of VAT and invoicing
