Toppesfield Limited is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics team and site operations. You will handle administrative tasks and ensure timely delivery of labour, materials, and equipment to sites across our contract portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing site requirements, with a flexible approach to overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or administration.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the right first-time delivery of all contracts by ensuring site requirements (labour, materials, plant) are available.
• Check accuracy and produced Daily Diary with client/site details and resource data.
• Handle admin tasks: trackers, reports, and arranging accommodation for delivery teams.
