Streamline Search Ltd is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator in Oldham to manage the day-to-day transport operation, plan routes, and ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires strong fleet administration and transport compliance knowledge, with an emphasis on hands-on organisation in a busy environment.

Salary is up to £30,000 per annum, with bonuses and benefits. You will liaise with production, customers and hauliers to optimise transport performance and report KPIs to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport planning or transport administration.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance and drivers’ hours rules.
• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance and vehicle administration.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily transport routes and coordinate collections.
• Liaise with production, customers, drivers and third-party hauliers to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, MOTs and inspections for fleet compliance.
• Manage driver records, drivers’ hours, tachograph infringements and transport administration.
