Job summary

Randox Food Diagnostics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for their fast-paced Logistics team in Crumlin. The successful candidate will manage customer orders and shipments globally, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with GCSE qualifications in Maths and English.

Qualifications

  • GCSE in Maths and English (Grades A-C) required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
  • Degree in Business/Foreign Language desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and process orders using SAP/SAGE systems.
  • Prepare and send invoices, customs documents, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation before shipment.
  • Coordinate shipping and update the team on progress.
  • Assist in training staff and follow ISO procedures.

About the Role

Randox Laboratories, a leader in Diagnostics and Healthcare innovation, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This fast-paced department manages customer orders and shipments globally, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Location & Contract

Location: Randox Laurelbank, 36 Largy Road, Crumlin, BT29 4RN

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:40 to 17:20

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acknowledge and process orders using SAP/SAGE systems.
  2. Prepare and send invoices, customs documents, and Certificates of Origin.
  3. Ensure accuracy of documentation before shipment.
  4. Coordinate shipping and update the team on progress.
  5. Assist in training staff and follow ISO procedures.
Qualifications
  • GCSE in Maths and English (Grades A-C).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable: Degree in Business/Foreign Language, relevant experience.
