Renishaw is seeking a Logistics Controller to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage delays, and liaise with carriers and internal teams. The role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and cost control within a hybrid working environment.

• Experience in a logistics or supply chain role is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are required.
• Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with logistics providers or freight forwarders; understanding of import/export processes and customs compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate domestic and international shipment bookings and track deliveries end‑to‑end.
• Proactively manage delays, exceptions, and escalations to ensure service continuity.
• Liaise with internal teams, carriers, and logistics providers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
• Act as a first point of contact for logistics‑related queries and provide clear shipment updates.
• Support customs compliance, import/export documentation, and accurate logistics data management.

Salary up to £37,000 depending on experience
