Job summary

Tarka Talent Ltd. is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead a major transformation programme across an international logistics network.

You will own delivery of critical change initiatives into day-to-day operations and work with senior stakeholders to embed improvements. The role requires a background in logistics transformation, senior leadership experience, and exposure to consumer-facing organisations such as QSR/FMCG.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in logistics and supply chain transformation, with a clear focus on implementation rather than strategy development.
• Experience operating at a senior manager level within transformation or operational leadership.
• Background in QSR, foodservice, FMCG or a large-scale consumer-facing organisation.
• Experience delivering complex operational change within international businesses.

• Location: London, hybrid 2-3 days on site
• Start Date: Immediate - November 2026
• Duration: 6 months initially, with potential extension to 9 months

We are working with a leading international consumer business seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support a significant operational transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project, take ownership of critical delivery activities and make a tangible impact across a complex, international logistics network.

You will lead the implementation of operational change across logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, stakeholders remain aligned and improvements are embedded into day-to-day operations.

• Experience delivering complex operational change within international businesses.
