To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team based in our London office

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with all relevant couriers regarding collections, deliveries, and or diversion of shipments when required.
• Ensuring the correct teams have all relevant information from all sites i.e. reference numbers & paperwork of shipments
• Monitoring domestic and international daily deliveries.
• Submitting all samples to the relevant databases for inventory management, informing the relevant teams of any amendments where necessary.
• Packing and processing high value and delicate items.

Key Attributes

• An interest in logistics and supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident to deal with all levels of staff across the business.
• Ability to work both autonomously and under direction
• Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Manages and prioritises tasks effectively
• Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be efficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Fashion GPS
