BSI is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to join our Operations support team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in Operations Support in Engineering. The Operations support Assistant will support the Operations Support Team in various tasks to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily Operations support operations, including Sample, collection, and inventory management.
- Track and monitor Samples to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to address and resolve any Operations support issues.
- Help prepare and process shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and Operations support activities.
- Support the Operations support team with data entry and updates in Operations support software systems.
- Assist in managing warehouse inventory, including stock counts and replenishments.
- Participate in regular audits and inventory checks.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations support manager or supervisor.
- Assist with collecting and disposal of client samples.
