Job summary

Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn, with good communication.
- Organised with attention to detail and team player mindset.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Learn to coordinate movement of goods across the UK and Europe.
- Book and manage international shipments using the Transport Management System.
- Communicate with customers and overseas logistics partners.
- Provide customers with shipment updates and ETAs.
- Work with Transport, Customs and Warehouse teams.
- Learn UK and EU customs requirements.
- Prepare shipping documents, load lists and manifests.
- Coordinate collections and liaise with third-party hauliers.
- Deliver strong customer service.
