About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable working with data, loves solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key part in keeping Hush’ supply chain running smoothly - managing shipments, coordinating with partners, and ensuring our products are delivered on time and with care.

This person will also oversee Head Office post and couriers, Health & Safety compliance (including fire, health and safety and first aid), and provide ad-hoc support for internal events and engagement activities.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the import of goods by air, road, and sea, working closely with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse teams
  • Approve incoming shipment documents and make delivery bookings
  • Partner with Buying and Merchandising teams to align on production timings and shipping plans
  • Chair regular production meetings to stay ahead of incoming shipments
  • Track all shipments to ensure suppliers are booking on time and follow up with freight partners as needed
  • Resolve supplier shipping queries and escalate any issues promptly
  • Process stock through our ERP system (Business Central) upon arrival
  • Monitor and report on freight performance using logistics KPIs
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams about shipment statuses, delays, and solutions
  • Investigate inbound shortages and work with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses to resolve
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse receipts, ensuring all deliveries are correctly booked in
  • Perform stock checks, investigate discrepancies, and assist with supplier audits
  • Manage back orders and keep teams informed of any delays
  • Review and approve invoices, ensuring accurate freight and duty charges
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data insights, reports, and presentations
  • Look for ways to optimise costs, including inbound shipment consolidation
  • Analysing and reporting on delivery KPIs/SLAs
  • Oversee Head Office post and courier services
  • Manage Health & Safety compliance (including fire drills and first aid - training provided if needed)
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal events and engagement activities

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a fashion retail logistics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and IF statements)
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident working with data and able to draw insights from numbers
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Curious, friendly, and comfortable working in a high-performing, fast-moving team
  • Qualifications in First Aid and Fire, Health & Safety is a plus, but not essential
