Job summary

Strive Supply Chain in Stevenage is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join the Operations team in a hybrid role. You will manage shipment information, generate shipping labels, track deliveries and update records with care.

No prior logistics experience is required, as full training will be provided. The position offers a £28k base, bonus potential, free parking, pension, EAP, and employee discounts, with three days in the office and two from home.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Reliable and able to follow processes accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels for orders.
• Obtain and record tracking information.
• Update delivery dates in company spreadsheets.
• Monitor shipments and confirm deliveries have been completed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date.
• Escalate any delivery issues to the relevant team member.
• Support the Head of Operations with general logistics administration.
