Salary: £24,275

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, 37.5 hours

Primary Objectives:

  • Perform all stores-related administrative duties
  • Contribute to delivering world-class services as part of a dynamic team
  • Be involved in inventory control and process implementation
  • Help develop MJ Quinn’s working culture, reputation, and values

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Provide real-time visibility of stock holdings
  • Track stock movements, including goods inwards, dispatches, returns, rejections, and internal transfers
  • Organise and execute inventory stock counting and accuracy checks
  • Create and maintain accurate procedures for inventory control and stores management
  • Ensure timely inbound receipt of materials from clients and suppliers to minimise operational downtime
  • Assist in re-ordering and ad-hoc ordering of products and materials via the in-house buying team
