Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma and experience or internship in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or related fields
  • OR equivalent experience

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years’ experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, logistics, or operating heavy-load equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) in a large corporation
Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned tasks, escalate issues during high-volume or escalation situations under supervision.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims, including processing, packaging, shipping, and receipt of return for RMA devices, adhering to SLAs.
  • Develop knowledge of stock control and inventory management practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and records.
  • Follow Microsoft contractual guidelines with suppliers and maintain customer focus.
  • Conduct cycle audits and data corrections to meet inventory controls.
  • Reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
  • Assist in destruction of data-bearing devices following SLAs and policies, under supervision.
  • Comply with all security and data management policies.
