Job summary

Positive Individual Proactive Support Limited seeks an experienced Team Manager for our Loftus supported living service. You will lead a staff team, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and foster strong partnerships with families, commissioners and health professionals.

You will oversee service delivery across the Loftus locality, ensuring compliance with quality standards and promoting innovation to help people reach their potential.

Qualifications

• RNLD qualification or equivalent required.
• Positive Behavioural Support qualification preferred.
• Experience leading a staff team and working within a culture of person-centred support.
• Understanding of CQC/KLOE and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across the Loftus locality.
• Oversee service quality and person-centred support.
• Develop and mentor staff teams; build partnerships with families, commissioners, health and social care professionals.
• Ensure safe, high-quality service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
