Job summary

PIPS is seeking a Team Manager for our Loftus supported living service. The role provides operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support across the Loftus locality.

You will inspire and develop the staff team, oversee service quality and build partnerships with people we support, families, commissioners and health and social care professionals. We value innovation, resilience and a commitment to PBS.

Qualifications

• RNLD required or equivalent professional qualification
• Positive Behavioural Support qualification required
• Leadership for Health and Social Care Level 5 with PBS qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across the Loftus locality, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred support.
• Inspire and develop the staff team, oversee service quality and build effective partnerships with people we support, families, commissioners and health and social care professionals.
• Lead a staff team to deliver excellent support that enables people to develop, grow and achieve positive outcomes.
