Job summary

LOD Group is seeking paralegals at all career stages to join a variety of assignments for clients across financial services, IT and TMT sectors.

These roles offer flexibility, with options to work full or part time alongside studies or other interests, and provide exposure to document review, NDA drafting and contract management on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• A team of paralegals working with a financial services institution on a full-time document review project
• A paralegal working with a leading global IT business assisting with drafting and reviewing a range of NDAs and commercial agreements
• A paralegal working with one of our clients in the TMT sector reviewing a range of confidentiality agreements and assisting with contracts management
• A team of paralegals working with a professional services firm on a discovery project on a full-time basis
