You will contribute to high-quality patient care through clinical reviews, preventative health work and treatment room activities. The practice offers organised workflows, supportive nursing leadership and a clear daily clinic structure.

Qualifications

• NMC-registered Nurse with experience in primary care.
• Good patient communication and clinical reasoning.
• Immunisation and cytology training is desirable.
• Confident in chronic disease management and treatment room-work.
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne or Vision.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chronic disease reviews for asthma, COPD, diabetes or hypertension.
• Perform wound care, dressings and treatment room duties.
• Carry out immunisations (if trained) for adults and children.
• Undertake smear tests (cytology-trained nurses).
• Complete NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments.
• Manage results, recalls and routine follow-up tasks.
• Document clearly in the clinical system.
