Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join a well-respected local authority in the North West. The role will cover criminal and civil litigation and will require attendance at local Courts in person across various locations in the North West. Full-time or part-time options are available, with an emphasis on flexible locum arrangements; the candidate should be capable of handling regulatory prosecutions and complex disputes.

Locum Litigation Solicitor

3 - 6 months+

Full Time / Part Time

£55 - £60 per hour depending on experience

The ideal Litigation Solicitor will cover both criminal and civil litigation and they would need to attend local Courts in person in various locations in the North West. Responsibilities may be including but not limited to:

• Criminal and Civil Litigation including advocacy
• Licensing law and public protection
• Employment law
• Enforcement of regulatory matters, including prosecutions (Environmental Health, Food Safety, Health and Safety and Work, Licensing, Planning and Trading Standards)
