Job summary

Menlo Park International GPs in Workington is offering a locum GP role to provide ongoing cover at a modern, supportive practice. The assignment aims for continuity with the same GP and runs from now to end of the year, with hours 8:30am–6:30pm and 15-minute face-to-face and 10-minute telephone appointments.

Location: Workington. Pay is £700–£750 per day. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team and must be GMC-registered and on the UK Performers List.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP registered in the UK with GMC.
• Eligible for UK NHS performing list.
• Experience in general practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum GP cover from 8:30am to 6:30pm.
• Conduct 15-minute face-to-face and 10-minute telephone appointments.
• Support with admin duties as needed.
• Ensure continuity of care for patients during assignment.

The practice is keen on consistency and would like the same GP to provide this cover, to support continuity of care for patients. You will be well supported by the wider clinical team throughout the assignment, in a friendly and welcoming setting.

Pay

£700 – 750 per day
