Menlo Park Recruitment is seeking a General Practitioner for locum cover on the North Cornwall coast, near Bodmin. Ad-hoc days in October, November and December with a supportive team, manageable workload, and a picturesque setting.

Clinicians will work 8:30am–5:30pm, see about 11 patients per session with 15-minute appointments, and occasional 5-minute PM tasks. GMC registration and inclusion on the UK Performers List are required; home visits are scarce thanks to Paramedic support.

Competenze

• Qualified GP with GMC registration and UK Performers List.
• Be registered with GMC and UK Performers List.
• Experience in primary care is desirable but not required.

Mansioni

• Locum days in October, November and December.
• See about 11 patients per session.
• Conduct 15-minute appointments.
• Work 8:30am–5:30pm.
• PM tasks of ~3 x 5 minutes when needed.

Background
We are working with a well-regarded coastal GP practice on the North Cornwall coast, seeking a Locum GP for ad hoc days in October, November and December. If you already know this part of Cornwall, or fancy exploring it, this is a great chance to pick up sessions in a beautiful location with a supportive team and a manageable workload.

Salary – £700 per day

Location – Near Bodmin, North Cornwall

• Support from Paramedics, helping reduce home visit burden

Your role

• Regular locum days in October, November and December
• 11 patients per session
• 15-minute appointments
• Plus, additional slots in PM session for 5-minute tasks approx. 3
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Home Visits – not often have a Paramedic that would do visits in first instance
• No duty required for ad-hoc dates
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and be registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
