Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered General Practitioner to work with a GP practice in Southend On Sea. This locum role offers ad-hoc or regular weekly sessions with a supportive team and clear daily workflows.

You will manage a varied caseload, deliver high‑quality patient assessments, perform triage by telephone, review investigations and medication queries, and document consultations in the clinical system.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner.
• Active inclusion on NHS Performers List.
• Recent UK primary care experience.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMIS or SystmOne.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS.

Responsabilités

• Running routine and urgent GP clinics.
• Managing acute presentations and complex cases.
• Providing telephone consultations and triage as part of daily workflow.

Locum Ready is looking for a Locum General Practitioner to work for a GP practice in Southend On Sea. This role is well-suited to GPs seeking flexible, well-organised sessions within a supportive primary care environment that offers a clear structure for daily clinical work.

You will manage a varied caseload, deliver high-quality patient assessments and provide continuity where required. The practice offers strong administrative support, established clinical workflows and a team-focused approach to patient care, ensuring efficient and manageable session delivery.
