Job summary

Green Apple Dental is seeking a part-time Locum Dentist to cover 3 days per week at a busy mixed practice in Stroud, Gloucestershire. The role features a £600 per day rate with a 30 UDA target, and a monthly target-based element of £14 per UDA for over/under achievement or £17 per UDA if preferred.

The position offers a 50% split on Private & Labs, a flexible Monday/Tuesday/Friday schedule, and strong private treatment potential across cosmetic procedures and implants.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number required.
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.
• Indemnity certificate.
• Passport.
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
• IRMER.
• PIN number.
