Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Dursley is seeking a Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist to join our modern, independently owned practice.

You’ll work 3–5 days per week with a NHS UDA rate of £13–£15 and a 50% split on private income, with no UDA target or clawback.

The practice has 4 surgeries, on-site mentoring from the Principal, and a large waiting list; start date negotiable, parking nearby.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number
• GDC certificate
• Indemnity certificate
• Enhanced DBS within last 12-36 months
• Clinical references (min 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate within last 12 months
• PIN number

Description

Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a modern, newly refurbished, independently owned practice in Dursley.

• £13-£15 per UDA - dependent on experience and skillset

• Practicing Principal on-site for additional support and mentoring (if needed)

Compliance Requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
