Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Crossgates, Leeds, is seeking a Full Time Locum Dentist to cover a busy mixed-practice. The role offers £450–£500 per day with a target of 30 UDAs, from November 2026 to February 2027. Modern facilities, a supportive team, and relocated premises in 2022 enhance the work environment.

The successful candidate will hold a NHS Performer Number, GDC registration, DBS and relevant certificates, enabling smooth compliance and timely start.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number required
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number

Responsibilities
