A national health service provider is looking for a Locum Consultant Anaesthetist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £109,725 to £145,478 per annum, depending on experience. Candidates will work within anaesthetics, critical care and theatre teams. This is a full-time position, requiring evidence of clinical registration and good command of written English.

We are looking to appoint two full-time an Locum Consultant Anaesthetist for 12 months fixed term contract. The job plan comprises of a weekly average of 9 PAs of clinical work spread over specialties (including on call) and 1 SPA . Further job plan details can be found within the job description, depending on service requirement there maybe an element of on calls.
The successful candidate will join a department that is friendly, engaged and provides excellent training and mentor support. The successful appointee will work as an integral part of the team and have equal access to junior staff.
East Surrey is the principle hospital for emergencies and inpatients, with day case surgery at Crawley Hospital. Anaesthetists are expected to be available across both hospital sites dependent on operational requirements.
