The NHS is seeking a Locum Consultant Radiologist with a specialist interest in paediatric imaging for a one-year post due to maternity leave. The post will be based at St Mary’s and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital. St Mary’s Hospital specializes in paediatric infectious disease, haematology, and oncology (Level 2), with a large bone marrow transplant unit, a busy general paediatric department, and an established PICU. There are two neonatal units across both sites with dedicated NICUs. St Mary’s is the paediatric trauma centre for northwest London, and the hospital collaborates with Chelsea NHS Trust for paediatric surgery. The imaging department supports busy A&E and UCC departments, as well as general practitioners.
The successful candidate will have completed formal radiology training and possess experience in paediatric radiology.
The position is mainly based at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, Hammersmith.
