You will join a reputable Community Falls Prevention and Rehabilitation Team. Please note, due to the community nature of the role, you must be a car owner and driver.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months NHS experience, preferably in community settings (Rehab, Falls, Rapid Response, Intermediate Care)
• Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration
• Own car for work purposes
• Availability to start within 1-2 weeks and commit to at least 3 months
