Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapist:

Hunter AHP has an opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapist to secure a 3-month locum contract. Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapists work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team with excellent facilities.

Key responsibilities of the Band 6 Frailty Community Physiotherapy role include:

• Formulation of treatment plans for re-ablement.
• Visits required on patient discharge.
• Start - July
• Experience in Community and Neuro desirable but not essential.
• 3 Month Contract
• Full-time
• Band 6 equivalent
