Job summary

Locums First is seeking Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners in Flitwick to provide flexible sessional work across primary care. You will perform autonomous assessments, manage acute presentations and support routine primary care activity, with sessions arranged to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7).
• Independent Prescribing qualification is preferred.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

As a Locum ACP, you will work within established clinical teams to deliver autonomous assessments, manage acute presentations and support routine primary care activity. Sessions are arranged to suit your schedule and may involve urgent access clinics, triage-based work, or routine appointments depending on service needs.

Requirements

• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments
• Enhanced DBS
