Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver autonomous ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings in Bradford-on-Avon. The role offers flexible sessional work to match your schedule and weekly availability.

The successful candidate will provide independent assessments, triage, and safe prescribing within their scope, while supporting clinical workflows and accurate documentation in service systems. Prior prescribing and Level 7 ACP credentials are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7)
• Background in nursing, paramedic science, physiotherapy or similar
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments
• Enhanced DBS
