Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in Axbridge, delivering autonomous ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings. Sessions are fully flexible to suit your schedule, including evenings or weekends, and may include urgent access clinics, triage-based work, or routine appointments.

You will assess undifferentiated presentations, provide telephone or face-to-face triage, and prescribe safely within your scope.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) is required.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities
