Job summary

Locums First in Axminster seeks Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners to deliver autonomous assessments and manage acute presentations within established primary care teams. This flexible sessional role offers work across GP practices and community services, with sessions scheduled to fit your availability.

You will provide triage by phone or in person, prescribe within your scope, and help keep clinical workflows moving.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7).
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.
