Job summary

Cloud Imperium Games seeks a Localization Specialist I to lead the EU Spanish localization workflow, handling translation, proofreading, subtitling, and in-game testing. Qualifications

• Native European Spanish speaker with a translation degree.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style in Spanish.
• Experience with localization, game translation or linguistic QA with emphasis on accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Experience using CAT tools (MemoQ) and CMS platforms.
• Good understanding of LQA tools, localization workflows and testing best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams and external vendors.
• Ability to follow processes, guidelines and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

As a Localization Specialist I, you'll get hands-on experience with the full localization pipeline: from translation and proofreading to subtitling and in-game testing. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that every line of dialogue, UI string, and subtitle is carefully adapted to resonate with local audiences, all while maintaining the vision of our games.
