Family Action is recruiting for a Locality Team Manager to lead the Stroud area centres. You will supervise staff, coordinate universal activities for children and families, and ensure high-quality services through effective referral management.
The role involves safeguarding expertise, performance coaching, and partnership working with local agencies to support families in the Stroud and Cotswolds areas. Flexible working is considered where possible.
