Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee four established locations across New Milton and Lymington, with plans to grow to five.

You will lead dedicated teams, ensure person-centred support, and maintain high-quality care within CQC/CSSIW guidelines. You’ll work closely with the Behaviour Support Team and Operations Director to develop services, support staff development, and ensure contracts are met while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC / CSSIW regulations
  • Experience of managing a team, setting objectives and ensuring goals are met
  • Experience in delivery of services in compliance with contracts
  • Experience of managing supported living services or similar - and be familiar with performance management processes
  • Completed, or be willing to undertake, Management Development training

Responsibilities

  • Ensure person-centred care plans and health action plans are regularly reviewed and implemented
  • Ensure the health and wellbeing of the people we support, in line with CQC/CSSIW Guidelines and Dimensions' policies
  • Deliver effective risk assessments and emergency plans to ensure the people we support are safe
  • Make sure your staff team are appropriately trained and motivated to provide high quality support
  • Ensure the service meets all organisational and statutory requirements and complies with Care Quality Commission Guidelines and our own standards, policies and procedures
  • Make sure complaints are dealt with in line with our policies

Job description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Locality Manager to join our team, supporting people across New Milton and Lymington. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of four established locations, with this expected to increase to five in the future. Our settings include a number of single-person homes, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom may experience behaviours of distress. This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional leader who shares our values and is passionate about ensuring the people we support remain at the centre of everything we do. You'll lead by example, providing strong, positive leadership to our well-established teams and creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and empowered to provide outstanding, person-centred support. Working closely with our Behaviour Support Team and other colleagues, you'll help ensure each person receives consistent, high-quality support tailored to their individual needs. You'll build on the great work already taking place, maintaining strong teams while continually looking for opportunities to develop and improve the support we provide.
