CareTech is seeking a CQC Registered Manager to lead our new Supported Living service in Hampshire. You will oversee quality, regulatory compliance, and the performance of the team to ensure safe, person-centred support that helps adults live independently.
You will recruit and develop staff, drive service improvements, manage budgets and occupancy, and play a key role in expanding CareTech's Supported Living provision across Hampshire.

As a locality and Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for service quality, operational performance, regulatory compliance, workforce leadership and commercial success, ensuring individuals receive safe, effective and outcome-focused support that enables them to thrive.
Our first flagship Supported Living service in Aldershot has been purpose-built to support adults with mental health needs and provide an environment that promotes independence, wellbeing and community inclusion.
Each person supported will hold their own tenancy agreement, enjoy exclusive use of their apartment and receive individually tailored support separate from their housing provision.
This development marks the beginning of an exciting growth journey. Additional Supported Living opportunities have already been identified across Hampshire, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to help expand CareTech's services for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.
