Bradford Council is seeking a Locality Care Manager to support the Registered Care Manager in leading a high-performing adult social care service at Fletcher Court, Oakworth, Keighley. The role focuses on safe, person-centred care and continuous improvement to meet CQC standards.

The post requires substantial management experience in health and social care, with emphasis on safeguarding, budgeting, and staff development. Weekend working and DBS check are part of the role.

Formación

• Significant experience in a management/supervisory role within health or social care.
• Experience leading and developing staff teams.
• Experience safeguarding adults and understanding duties from the Care Act 2014.
• Experience working with diverse communities and individuals from various backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make operational decisions.
• Experience of service planning, performance monitoring and quality assurance.
