Baltimore Consulting is recruiting for a Local Plans Manager on an interim contract to lead statutory and non-statutory planning policy work in the North West UK. You will oversee a policy team, shape local development frameworks and represent the organisation at inquiries and hearings.
Reporting to the Group Leader for Plans, Policies and Place Making, the role combines strategic leadership with stakeholder engagement, policy delivery and programme management in a fast-paced environment.
