The Building, Property Information & Monitoring Team are looking to appoint a Local Land and Property Gazetteer Lead Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team. You will be responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG) which links to the National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG) and to continue promoting its use within the Council as the corporate resource for all property addressing needs. You will deputise for the Gazetteer and Local Land Charges Manager as required.
You will use your professional knowledge expertise and decision making to ensure compliance with the National BS7666, Data Entry Conventions (DEC) 7.3.3 and GeoPlace daily reports. To continue the promotion of the Local Land and Property Gazetteer as the Councils corporate land and property database across Services requiring address data. You will also continue to support and assist the Business Intelligence HUB in integrating the LLPG within the Councils Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and the Master Data Management (MDM) project providing greater access to the LLPG across Council services.
You should have knowledge of computer management systems and in particular the Idox Uniform Application.

This role is suitable as a job sharing position.
Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
