Qualifications

The Building, Property Information & Monitoring Team are looking to appoint an experienced Gazetteer and Local Land Charges Manager to deliver an effective and competitive Local Land Charges Service.

You will be responsible for the management of the Local Land Charges Team and the Local Land & Property Gazetteer Team. You will oversee the smooth running of the Local Land Charges service ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and standards.

You will be responsible for the collation and maintenance of information and the development of systems to provide an up-to-date Local Land and Property Gazetteer.

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working in a Local Land Charge Service and managing staff in a similar environment. Working knowledge of IDOX Uniform system and TLC is essential.

This role is suitable as a job sharing position.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
