Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a Local Highways Manager to join the Area Highways Team and help deliver highway maintenance services across Gloucestershire. You will be the first point of contact for communities on local highway matters, engaging with residents, councillors, contractors and colleagues to manage priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience as highways professional with a strong background in highway maintenance and emergency response.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and make practical decisions.
