Job summary

Almac Group is offering a Stores Operator with driving duties at our Charnwood/Loughborough site. You will support cold chain and ambient warehouse operations in a highly regulated pharma environment, handling goods, inventory, documentation and deliveries with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role includes driving duties, use of forklift equipment, and compliance with GMP and transport regulations. A competitive salary plus annual bonus and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent, full clean driving licence.
• Experience driving Class C vehicles and completing deliveries.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in a regulated warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out warehouse and inventory control activities in line with SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Completing goods‑in, issue, receipt, picking and despatch accurately and on time.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and stock records in the computerised system.
• Supporting deliveries to and from off‑site locations while ensuring transport compliance.
• Labelling, storing and protecting materials to prevent damage.
