Job summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking a Driver for our Luton Concrete Plant in Bedfordshire. The role reports to the Transport Manager and involves local deliveries, customer service, and maintaining safety standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm, with occasional later finish and Saturday morning rota. A valid HGV Class 2 license and good communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2/Class C licence is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in distribution or transport roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials locally for the Luton Concrete Plant and liaise with Distribution daily.
• Coordinate with Transport Manager to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Work Monday to Friday with core hours 7:00–16:30, with occasional overtime and Saturday mornings as rota.
